How do I unlock all the word packs?
Open a locked pack (or the Shop) and tap Unlock Everything. It's a one-time purchase that unlocks every current and future pack.
I bought the unlock but it's not showing / I reinstalled.
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases in the app. This re-grants your unlock on any device signed into the same Apple ID. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you purchased with.
Do I need an internet connection?
No — the game is pass-and-play and works fully offline. An internet connection is only used to fetch new word packs and to process purchases.
